WestJet to open call center in Moncton, more than 400 jobs expected

avioncallMONCTON, N.B Monday, Apr. 04, 2016, WestJet says it will open a call center in Moncton, N.B., later this year primarily aimed at serving French-speaking travelers. Calgary-based WestJet says the new facility will open in September and is expected to create more than 400 jobs, two thirds of them full-time, over the next four years.

Etihad group opens Belgrade call centre for partner airlines

etih233Etihad Aviation Group, the parent of the airline, has opened a customer service centre in Belgrade for its network of carriers. Its Etihad Airways Partners Shared Services unit will initially employ 200 Serbian nationals to handle reservation and ticketing services, including sales and loyalty programme account servicing, a statement from Etihad Aviation Group said.
